Studio Use & Conduct

Clients and guests using the studio agree to respect the space, equipment, and staff. Any damage caused to equipment, furnishings, or property may result in repair or replacement charges. The OJ Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Scheduling, Payments & Fulfillment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, and fulfillment details are outlined at the time of booking or purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of services or fees.

Digital Products & Educational Content

Purchases of digital products, templates, courses, or educational materials grant a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. All digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Accounts, Portals & Access

If access to services or products requires a login, account, or portal, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. The OJ Studio may suspend or revoke access if misuse or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Use of Completed Work

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, The OJ Studio reserves the right to display completed client work, including photos and video, in portfolios, on the website, and in marketing or promotional materials.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, required approvals, and all necessary rights or permissions for any materials supplied. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines and delivery.

No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes related to brand growth, audience size, engagement, revenue, or performance. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

The OJ Studio may utilize third-party platforms or tools for scheduling, payments, hosting, editing, or communication. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The OJ Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of the website, studio, products, or services.

Termination of Services
